About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Group Product Manager in the United States. This role leads the Operations Pod, driving the strategic direction and overseeing the functional roadmap within a Salesforce platform environment. You will manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, with high impact and scalability. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. You will influence product strategy, track project milestones, and guide releases, implementing quality gates and performing impact analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. Success in this role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This position offers the opportunity to shape operations processes and drive meaningful outcomes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within financial services or related industries.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration, configuration, and product development.
  • Strong strategic planning, product design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing projects at scale with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Lightning Design System Framework and financial services industry highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Product Managers and Senior Product Managers within the Operations Pod, providing guidance, strategic direction, and support for professional growth.
  • Translate business needs, market trends, and user stories into strategic product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Salesforce tools, processes, and enhancements aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth deployment and timely delivery.
  • Partner with development and product teams on releases, maintaining quality and operational standards.
  • Conduct impact analyses for current and future functionality, identifying areas for innovation, improvement, and scalability.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and leadership.
