We are seeking a Group Lead to assist our employees in the Brunswick/Savannah with training, workforce planning and efficiency oversight. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing coverage, overseeing new hire onboarding, training for both new and established staff, competency development, and ongoing staff productivity within the Care Group, as well as supporting initiatives such as Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). Group Lead does not provide direct patient-facing care but serves as the organizer, coach, and problem-solver for training and staffing across the team. By partnering closely with regional leadership and the Training & Education Department, the Training & Staffing Lead helps build a workforce that is consistent, competent, resilient, and patient-centered. This position will be working in the [LOCATION] office daily. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).
