Reporting to the Group Housing Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities Key room reservations contact for group programs, from initial turnover process until event date Ensure proper notes, billing and special requests are completed Attend weekly pick up meeting and assist in group forecasting Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Prepare and send rooming lists, pick up reports and other information to the group contacts Maintain good working relationships with Global Reservations Centre, Travel Agents and external /internal Guests Respond to all reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner in adherence to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts standards Provide administrative support to Group Housing Manager and action items as required in an efficient and professional manner All other duties as assigned
