About The Position

Dignitas Inc is seeking a dynamic Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional care and program implementation for individuals with Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries. Key Responsibilities: Client Supervision and Care: Assist with direct care, overseeing daily programming schedules. Maintain client goals, ensuring staff works towards the highest level of function and independence. Monitor and follow client behavioral plans. Household/Vehicles: Perform home checks and coordinate meal planning and grocery shopping. Oversee maintenance of vehicle, home, and office equipment. Staff and Scheduling: Provide direct supervision and communication to staff. Create and manage monthly staff schedules, conducting staff training. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of group home management experience
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, address complaints, and resolve problems
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance
  • CPR and First Aid certification

  • Expertise in Traumatic Brain Injuries or Spinal Cord Injuries a plus
