The Group Art Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a team of art directors and designers to produce high-quality visual content for our pharmaceutical clients. This position requires a creative visionary with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate complex medical information into compelling visual narratives. Think AND execute. Exceptional conceptual abilities and art direction talent within digital, traditional and multimedia landscapes. Make smart look pretty. Inspire with design passion. Not only know the trends/innovations in visual design, but set the stage for the next wave. Georetromorphism, anyone? Push the envelope. Leverage industry knowledge and creative chops to push past the safe option into compelling, uncharted territories. Be a leader and team player. Ability to guide creative and collaborate as part of a larger team in an ever-changing environment. Bring laughs. Leave ego. Present the vision. Eloquently explain every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves the client challenge. This means whip-smart Keynote skills and presentation prowess, people. Rock a can-do attitude. No time? You make suggestions early in the creative process (eg on briefs) in order to set the stage for better creative output You are starting to take ownership of the day-to-day output and you make sure that work that leaves the agency is impeccably executed You cope with tight timelines and turn around work efficiently to meet deadlines You can make a strong case for an idea and explain the strategic rationale for your work—you know how to get people nodding along as you present You have a very good handle on the base line art programs and teach others on the team on how to use them efficiently and effectively (indesign, illustrator, photoshop, midjourney) You consistently contribute ideas (eg tactics, concepts, etc) that make it to the client presentation You can pitch in on other teams and quickly grasp another brand’s needs You are starting to become more involved in the production process and informing the look and feel of projects (eg input on director selection, etc) All other duties as assigned
