About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to support Woodlake Apartments, with a split schedule between two communities.
Schedule:
Mon–Tues: Village Park Apartments (2045 Village Park Way, Encinitas, CA 92024)
Wed–Fri: Woodlake Apartments (2240 Bear Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA 92027)

Requirements

• 1+ year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to commute between both properties (20–30 minutes)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across both communities
• Pick up trash and keep common areas clean
• Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
• Report maintenance concerns promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
