This role supports the Food and Beverage Supervisor by supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and organizing all catering events. This role works closely with the culinary, bakery, and deli teams to deliver exceptional experiences for customers, whether for corporate events, private gatherings, or in-store functions.
