Grinding/Machine Technician

Requirements
- Machine shop experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use basic inspection equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and help in other areas of production.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Team oriented and communication skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work independently.
- Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for 4+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to use basic inspection equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot machinery when there is a process issue.
- Produce parts with hand tools to exact specifications.
- Complete finishing operations and quality inspections for our products.
- Follow all company safety policies and practices.
- Read blueprints and perform set-ups
