This position is for a Grill Kitchen Second Cook at the Augusta Country Club. Key responsibilities include assisting with the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prepping food items, accurately measuring and mixing ingredients, and operating various large volume cooking equipment. The Second Cook is also responsible for reading and fulfilling food orders, ensuring quality and presentation, restocking workstations, following established recipes, and contributing to the menu by creating and advertising nightly specials. The role requires adherence to management directives for additional duties and special projects.
