About The Position
Snow Country Limousine provides luxury transportation through the greater area of Salt Lake City and Park City. The company focuses on delivering efficient service and unforgettable experiences. Greeters are responsible for welcoming our clientele and creating a memorable first impression. They are the initial point of contact when a client uses our services. Snow Country greeters should positively influence the customer’s experience, through their brief but meaningful interaction with the client. This includes providing quality conversation and escorting the passengers to their vehicles. Elevated, Luxury Transportation Service We deliver an elevated, reliable transportation experience with the highest standards of service— from the initial booking to the final destination.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites in Salt Lake City and Park City area.
- Follow appropriate grooming standards; required to wear a uniform
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Effectively greets, communicates and guides customers to the appropriate vehicle
- Reports to job site on time and maintains a reliable work schedule, which fosters a dependable environment for team members and customers
- Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors location
- Maintain composure under pressure; polite, courteous and friendly
- Welcomes all guests with a smile and greets following Snow Country customer service standards
- Ability to work effectively within role independently and with other team members
