About The Position

Start Your Career At St. Barnabas Health System! Conley's Resort and Golf is looking for a Golf Starter. Part Time Responsibilities: Friendly, enjoy being around people and the game of golf. Being solution based, timely and have general golf knowledge Demonstrate to guests that you are willing and able to assist at any time by directing players on course conditions, assisting with questions on pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and dress codes are followed. The starter ensures the timely and orderly movement of tee times. Tracking players and pace of play by communicating with other golf course staff Assist in cart fleet readiness Other support duties as assigned. Must be available weekends Flexible scheduling and fun golf benefits available! Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, work outdoors, potentially standing/walking for several hours Excellent customer service skills Positive and welcoming demeanor QualificationsEOE
