Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with specifications, measurements, and production details
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn internal systems
  • Solid math and measurement comprehension
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Organized, detail oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities
  • Problem solver with practical decision making skills
  • Team focused mindset and willingness to support shared goals
  • Flexibility to support workload driven overtime when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in printing, labeling, or a manufacturing environment
  • Background in estimating, production coordination, customer service, or technical support roles

Responsibilities

  • Review and support approval of product designs and manufacturing requirements
  • Estimate materials, labor, and production costs based on specifications
  • Partner with sales, production, technical services, customer service, and design teams to align on timelines and capabilities
  • Support development and approval of design features, including security elements and promotional components
  • Clearly communicate job requirements to ensure smooth production handoff
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on design standards and manufacturing considerations
  • Respond to internal and customer inquiries related to product development
  • Participate in quality and continuous improvement efforts
  • Approve invoices related to outsourced services (tooling, press components, etc.)
  • Communicate design changes that may impact cost or timing
  • Build strong working relationships through regular cross functional collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement
