About The Position

The Graphic Project Manager will assist Account Directors, Account Managers, and/or Production Managers with the execution of graphic production. Scale will range from the smallest vinyl lettering to large scale building graphics. Individual must have a broad understanding of graphic production, pricing, and installation. In addition to this job description, the person in this position is responsible for operating within and managing to Czarnowski’s standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of Graphic production, pricing and application including, but not limited to; die-cut vinyl, dye sublimation, tension fabric, standard uv/solvent/latex printing on various media with application to various substrates.
• Knowledge of routers, laser cutters, digital flatbed cutters, and other substrate cutting and forming.
• Advanced computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets, all Adobe Creative Suite products, and printer RIP programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5 or more years in similar role
• This position is technical in nature and requires knowledge of industry fabrication methods, carpentry, metal work, paint production, tension fabric, and other techniques.
• Travel is required and will be evaluated in regard to specific production projects.

• Exhibit industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working in Czarnowski's web based workflow system.
• Assist in project launch meetings, in conjunction with the AD, AM, and PM to streamline the project’s progress through production.
• Participate in Site-Surveys.
• Understand CAD drawings, ensure accuracy of drawing format and design.
• Estimating and budgeting.
• Maintain quality control.
• Material/Substrate Procurement
