In this in-office strategic role, you will report directly to the COO to drive the financial performance, creative direction, and operational success of our graphics department. This isn't just about managing assets—it’s about mentoring a high-performing team and ensuring our visual identity is world-class. The Mission Strategic Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, project assignments, and workload balancing. Financial Stewardship: Manage the department budget, track billable hours, and ensure project profitability. Innovation & Growth: Drive the evolution of UI/UX tools and workflows while continuously improving our labor planning processes. Quality & Brand Integrity: Act as the final word on quality assurance, ensuring all projects strictly adhere to company standards and align with our brand identity. Talent Development: Lead the charge in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring design staff to ensure they are certified in all required platforms.
