About The Position

The Graphic Designer – Production & Campaign Execution role supports the Marketing team by executing and preparing visual assets across digital and print channels. This position focuses on production accuracy, asset adaptation, and campaign implementation rather than concept development or creative leadership. The designer ensures materials meet brand standards, technical specifications, and deadlines while supporting promotions, events, and ongoing initiatives. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects within established processes and direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
  • Working knowledge of print production processes and digital asset preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established creative direction
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Canva and shared brand templates
  • Familiarity with social media, email, and web design best practices
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Exposure to multi-brand or service-based marketing environments

Responsibilities

  • Resize, reformat, and version creative assets for digital, email, social media, web, and print platforms
  • Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring proper specifications, resolution, and formats
  • Update and revise existing design assets, including signage, menus, flyers, advertisements, and internal materials
  • Adapt campaign creative into supporting assets across multiple channels
  • Apply established brand standards consistently across all materials
  • Support marketing campaigns through layout, formatting, and visual production
  • Occasionally create original designs for marketing collateral, promotions, signage, and menus under established creative direction
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns, events, and time-sensitive initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across deliverables
  • Request and manage print quotes from vendors
  • Review proofs and coordinate revisions before final approval
  • Place print orders and track production timelines
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling for printed materials
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, templates, and shared design files
  • Manage file naming conventions, version control, and archiving
  • Manage assigned projects through established intake and project management systems
  • Communicate proactively regarding timelines, deadlines, and production needs
  • Collaborate with marketing operations, campaign managers, and leadership as needed
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
