Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will play an important role in contributing to the visual identity of our brand, reporting to the Director of Creative Services. This role involves strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for both print and digital work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to change.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Premiere).

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling visual assets for various platforms including print, digital, social media, and web.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
