GRAPHIC DESIGNERS — THIS ONE’S A LITTLE DIFFERENT Graphic Designer Women’s Healthcare Associates, LLC Portland, Oregon Creative. Collaborative. Purpose-driven. If that sounds like you, keep reading. At Women’s Healthcare Associates, we recognize good design has the power to connect, inform and inspire. It’s how we communicate care and help our patients understand their options. It helps our teams feel connected to our culture, and it’s how our brand shows up in the world. We’re looking for an in-house Graphic Designer who enjoys doing a little of everything and understands the role design plays in helping people feel seen and connected. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL This is not a narrow production role. You’ll work across a wide range of creative projects — digital, print, internal, and patient-facing — and you’ll do it as part of a small and collaborative marketing team working with colleagues across the organization and select external partners. One day you might be designing a campaign graphic or social ad. Another day, you might be creating clinic signage, helping shape an internal presentation, developing a patient education infographic, or refining a landing page on our website. You’ll help bring WHA’s voice and values to life across channels and audiences. You’ll be involved throughout the creative process — from concept through execution — working in close partnership with our Marketing Director to bring ideas to life and ensure all work aligns with WHA’s brand standards. You’ll also help keep our growing library of creative assets organized and usable, supporting consistency and efficiency across the organization. If you enjoy breadth, collaboration and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role was designed with you in mind. WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Creative variety and partnership — working closely with marketing leadership on campaigns, patient education, internal communications, and culture initiatives that shape how WHA shows up externally and internally Meaningful work — helping patients understand their care, supporting teams in their work, and strengthening connections across the organization Opportunities to grow — expanding your skills in areas like motion graphics and light UI/UX A stable, mission-driven environment — grounded in purpose and care for the people we serve and those who work here
