At Glass Meadows, Inc. our goal is to cultivate the highest quality cannabis products that provide safe, effective and consistent experiences for our customers. We are committed to sustainable and responsible cultivation and manufacturing practices, utilizing the latest technology and innovation to produce premium cannabis while minimizing environmental impact. We are a young company that is setting our roots in New Jersey and are looking for high quality individuals looking to be on the ground floor of this growing business and industry. We’re looking for a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into visuals that stop the scroll and tell a story. You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our visual brand presence, bringing concepts to life in ways that feel fresh, intentional, and unmistakably us. This role is a blend of hands-on design and creative content coordination. You’ll create eye-catching graphics across digital and print channels while collaborating with freelance designers and digital creatives to keep projects moving smoothly. From social content and campaign assets to branded materials and promotional pieces, your work will help define how our brands show up in the world. If you enjoy balancing bold creativity with thoughtful organization and like seeing your ideas move from concept to launch, you’ll thrive here. We value curiosity, momentum, and collaboration, and we’re excited to build something meaningful together. The Graphic Designer is a hybrid creative and coordination role within the marketing team, combining hands-on design production with light coordination of external creative resources. This position serves as the primary in-house designer and is primarily focused on creating a wide range of digital and print assets that bring our brands to life. In addition, the Graphic Designer supports the intake and routing of creative requests by funneling overflow projects to a network of external freelancers when needed, in partnership with the Creative Project Manager who will lead broader coordination efforts. Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer is a key guardian of the brand identity, ensuring that all visual communications are consistent, compelling, and compliant. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, self-motivated designer who enjoys a dynamic environment where they can primarily create while also supporting select coordination needs.
