About The Position

As a graphic designer, you'll deliver high-volume, hands-on creative across digital, print, outdoor, events, and partnership activations within a fast-paced marketing environment. This includes collaborating closely with leadership and social media, video, and web teams to produce cohesive, on-brand visual solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work quickly across multiple campaigns while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently deliver high-quality design work across multiple formats and channels.
  • Ability to prepare production-ready files for print and large-format output.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, in-office team environment.
  • High level of accountability with a team-first, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to iterate and refine creative work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with video, social, and web teams.
  • Experience designing for performance marketing and paid ads.
  • ClickUp experience or comfort working within structured project management systems.
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into workflow to improve speed and ideation, without compromising design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative for organic social and paid advertising across multiple platforms.
  • Build complete campaign asset sets for Meta and other ad placements, including testing variations.
  • Contribute to creative concept development for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Create video support assets such as thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds, and end screens.
  • Collaborate with the web team on website and landing page graphics.
  • Design print collateral including flyers, one-sheets, magazine ads, and direct mail.
  • Produce large-format assets such as billboards, banners, event signage, and partner deliverables.
  • Design apparel and promotional materials for sponsorships and activations.
  • Uphold and evolve brand standards across all visual touchpoints.
  • Maintain organized, production-ready files while managing work within a structured request and approval workflow.
