Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an in-house or agency setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Solid working knowledge of motion design principles and the ability to create animations
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory across both print and digital formats
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across print, digital, and motion work

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets across digital, motion, and print, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company goals.
  • Execute design work using Adobe Creative Suite with a high level of proficiency, developing high impact, concept-driven visuals that support internal initiatives such as campaigns, packaging, and in-store marketing.
  • Create motion graphics from scratch or by using existing assets for use across digital platforms, including social, web, in-store digital screens, and more.
  • Review project layouts and messaging to suggest improvements that enhance clarity, consistency, and impact.
  • Confidently present creative concepts and final deliverables to the Senior Creative & Design Manager and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback as needed.
  • Stay current with design trends and tools, bringing fresh thinking and inspiration to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand project needs and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented design.
  • Support fellow designers as needed to help meet team goals and project deadlines.
  • Maintain organized creative assets and support archiving for future use
