About The Position

Graphic Designer, Brand Design Role Overview: Create high‑quality visual assets that strengthen the company’s brand across digital, print, and events. This role supports the development of our visual and brand identity and produces a wide range of creative materials while offering room to grow into brand‑level creative leadership and system development.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ Years of Experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Familiarity with brand systems and template‑based design
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects
  • Curious, collaborative, and excited to grow into brand‑level design excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in event design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Visual Identity Support
  • Apply and help maintain brand standards across all creative assets
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, templates, and visual guidelines
  • Prepare production‑ready files and maintain organized asset libraries
  • Support brand reviews by ensuring visual consistency and quality

  • Graphic Design Excellence
  • Design digital and print assets including ads, social graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, and internal communications
  • Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Produce polished layouts with strong composition and attention to detail
  • Experiential & Event Design Support
  • Assist in creating visual elements for trade shows and events, including signage, digital screens, spatial layouts, and environmental graphics
  • Partner with regional teams to develop booth visuals and branded experiences
  • Prepare files for fabrication and collaborate with vendors as needed
  • Marketing & Advertising Creative
  • Design assets for digital advertising and paid/social campaigns
  • Work with Digital & Analytics partners to ensure creative is optimized for channel performance
  • Support content marketing with infographics, charts, and data‑driven visual storytelling
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Communications, Digital, and Marketing teams to translate ideas into clear visual executions
  • Present design options and articulate rationale behind creative decisions
  • Ensure all creative aligns with campaign themes, messaging, and brand voice
