About The Position

Alta Equipment is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our in‑house Marketing team across digital, print, and sales enablement initiatives. This role is responsible for translating marketing strategies and business needs into high‑quality visual assets that support brand consistency, lead generation, customer engagement, and internal communications across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on designer who can manage multiple projects, collaborate closely with marketers and stakeholders, and execute efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi-location environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in‑house marketing or B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience designing for both digital and print applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting sales or field‑based organizations with marketing collateral.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and basic digital asset optimization.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines across multiple business units or locations.
  • Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print channels, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media assets, digital ads, sales collateral, presentations, signage, and event materials.
  • Support sales and branch teams with professionally designed materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, product sheets, trade show graphics, and internal communications.
  • Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Apply and uphold Alta brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across materials for multiple business units, locations, and audiences.
  • Assist in evolving brand assets and templates as needed to support marketing efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketing manager, digital teams, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed.
  • Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring proper specifications and formats.
  • Maintain organized project files, creative assets, and shared libraries for team use.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or printers as needed to support production.
