About The Position

We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join Digitalzone’s Marketing team. This role focuses on producing polished, visually compelling, on-brand assets that support demand generation, sales enablement, product marketing, and events. You’ll collaborate closely with our design lead, content team, product marketers, and campaign managers to develop high-impact visuals across presentations, reports, campaigns, event materials, and digital channels. This role thrives on strong visual storytelling, clean execution, and the ability to turn complex B2B concepts into striking, digestible design.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of graphic design experience (B2B, tech, or agency preferred)
  • Strong creativity with a polished, modern design aesthetic
  • Excellent editorial/layout design and typography skills
  • Experience creating digital ads and integrated campaign visuals
  • Ability to design visually compelling long-form reports and complex data stories
  • Data visualization and infographic design skills
  • Familiarity with analytics-driven creative optimization and A/B testing
  • Experience designing trade show/event visuals
  • Booth graphics, signage, banners, backdrops, table materials, etc.
  • Strong organization and file-management discipline
  • Ability to work within an established brand while contributing new ideas
  • Portfolio showing elevated, strategic B2B marketing design

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Collateral (50-65% of role.)
  • PowerPoint presentations + template systems
  • White papers, eBooks, long-form editorial reports, and data-heavy documents
  • Case studies, product one-pagers, and solution briefs
  • Sales pitch decks and internal enablement materials
  • Visual assets for campaign launches and product rollouts
  • Digital Campaigns & Advertising
  • Display ads, paid social creatives, and retargeting ads
  • Visual concepts for integrated demand-gen campaigns
  • Graphics for LinkedIn, email, landing pages, and WordPress pages
  • Assets supporting A/B testing and creative performance optimization
  • Brand & Visual Identity
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
  • Contribute fresh ideas that elevate and evolve the brand
  • Build and refine templates, iconography, and reusable design systems
  • Ensure clean hierarchy, typography, and visual polish
  • Creative Development
  • Turn complex data and messaging into clean, compelling visual stories
  • Design highly visual long-form reports and editorial layouts
  • Explore layout, illustration, color systems, and creative directions
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney and others) for ideation or asset creation
  • File & Knowledge Base Management
  • Maintain an organized shared drive and structured file system
  • Manage and update the marketing collateral library
  • Keep brand assets, templates, and sales materials current
  • Ensure internal teams can easily access correct, up-to-date files

  • Work on additional marketing, product, or brand projects as needed
