About The Position

Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our facility in Tempe, AZ. Were a subsidiary of The Zippertubing Company, a privately held, family-owned company. Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer , you will primarily focus on graphic design tasks, but you will also support various general marketing activities. This role requires someone with strong graphic design skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to other marketing efforts such as SEO, blog creation, Google Ads, and more. The Graphic Designer will report to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers (e.g., Canon Arizona 1360 GTF) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Provide consultative support and effectively communicate technical information to our customers.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
