About The Position

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer who’s excited about where creative is going — not just where it’s been. This role blends strong design fundamentals with AI-forward thinking. You’ll help us turn AI-assisted concepts into polished, brand-level creative and play a key role in shaping how we integrate AI into our workflow. This is not a prompt-only role. This is a designer role with AI fluency. This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico Relocation assistance is not provided. Requirements

2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or marketing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience with and or a curiosity around AI tools and emerging creative tech
Ability to move quickly from concept to polished execution
Detail-oriented mindset with strong aesthetic judgment
Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

Previous digital marketing agency experience
Motion design or After Effects experience
Familiarity with generative image or video tools

Responsibilities

Translate AI-generated concepts into production-ready assets (PSD, AI, Figma, etc.)
Design campaign visuals across digital, social, and presentation formats
Elevate briefs and rough drafts into cohesive, brand-aligned creative
Develop visual systems, templates, and scalable asset libraries
Experiment with generative AI tools to accelerate concepting
Collaborate closely with creative leads
