About The Position

V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Grants Management Specialist II candidates to support advanced grant administration and compliance functions in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, coordinating grant activities, and ensuring adherence to District and Federal funding regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or related field
In-depth knowledge of grant compliance regulations and audit procedures
Strong financial administration and reporting skills
Ability to manage complex budgets and coordinate funding allocations
Experience with grant management systems and federal reporting tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to supervise and collaborate with budget analysts and program staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management platforms

Nice To Haves

certifications in grants or financial management are a plus

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with grantor rules and regulations; oversee special audits
Prepare and submit grant applications, amendments, and reports on schedule
Develop and adjust grant-related budgets; coordinate budgeted funds
Screen and process expenditure requests; ensure timely reimbursement applications
Serve as liaison with principals and departments on grant-related matters
Monitor grant-funded programs and interventions for compliance
Assign and coordinate grant responsibilities with budget analysts
Evaluate fiscal administration of grant programs
Input, review, and approve federal grant data in the District’s Grant Management System
Coordinate staffing levels related to grants for Program Grant Management System
Collaborate with instructional grant personnel to ensure full compliance with funding regulations
Perform related duties as required
