Duties: work closely in collaboration with the Graduate Studies Team and individual program directors; lead proactive recruitment initiatives on campus, in and out of state, and online; continual recruitment presence with SAU's campus-based initiatives, local k-12 schools, cooperatives, industry, and business organizations; maintain presence in high pipeline fields; increase undergraduate awareness of graduate study offerings; engage undergraduates and alumni in further graduate school options; assist in program director meetings to plan and implement marketing/recruitment strategies for the year; collaborate on graduate fair and recruitment destinations with marketing for social media pushes to target areas/populations; organize recruitment events locally-i.e. Senior Dinner, Beyond the Bachelors, and other pertinent industry recruitment opportunities as they arise and other duties assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and outgoing office environment; must have computer skills in Microsoft Office applications; must be a highly organized team player with a positive attitude. Any marketing coursework or background a plus.
