About The Position

Under supervision the Graduate Intern may engage in the following activities: Perform research, review transcripts of hearings, exhibits and other evidence, as well as motions and briefs filed by the parties on appeal. Outline and summarize the significant points involved. Assist in researching and drafting decisions of the National Adjudicatory Council, as well as appellate briefs to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Participate in special projects as assigned.
