About The Position

Lincoln Global Manufacturing Technology Intern Location: Lincoln, NE The GMT Intern 2026 position offers hands-on experience in biopharma process capability mapping across multiple sites and supports digital transformation initiatives in technical documentation. This internship opportunity is within a data-driven environment and will engage candidate to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or related scientific field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in date collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, electronic lab notebooks, or data management systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with Co-Dev Leads and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Map process capabilities for multiple biopharma networks.
• Assess methods, equipment, and collaborate with Co-Development Leads.
• Digitize technical notebooks to enhance documentation efficiency.
• Perform additional laboratory tasks as assigned.
