About The Position

The Office of Graduate Admission is seeking a Graduate/International Credentials Analyst to join their team. This position will analyze the academic records of graduate applicants and enforce University-wide requirements for graduate admission. Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
• Additional Education Requirements Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Additional Experience Requirements Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum work experience
• Minimum Skills: Knowledgeable about international educational credentials to evaluate any document or transcript presented. Counsels students with heterogeneous backgrounds. Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Preferred Skills: Admissions experience in a university setting. Knowledge of languages. Overseas experience. Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, interprets, and evaluates student records and calculates a qualitative assessment of domestic and foreign credentials for graduate applicants.
• Maintains currency on University policies affecting admissions.
• Liaises with academic department representatives on campus to ensure compliance with graduate and international admission policies and procedures.
• Assists in outreach activities aimed at graduate student populations.
