Requirements

  • Earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Enrollment and/or acceptance in a University of Arkansas graduate program
  • Experience in a College Athletics Department as a Student-Staff Member, intern or Student-Athlete.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Knowledge of and compliance with specific NCAA, SEC, and institution rules that relate to this position
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude to work and interact with staff, faculty, and student-athletes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate project goals to all members of the ticket office and external division
  • Must be highly organized, and multi-task oriented
  • Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Paciolan ticketing software
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Razorback Ticket Center during office hours and athletic events.
  • Independently engage, interact, and correspond with existing/potential donors and season ticket holders on issues such as seating (including priority seating), order adjustments, and other related issues, all with the goal of cultivating ticket-related sales.
  • Assist with responding to customer service inquiries and issues via email, phone, ticket front desk, or gameday box office window.
  • Athletic event responsibilities include ticketed events held on weeknights, weekends, and over the University of Arkansas designated breaks.
  • Must be able to work all home football games amongst other sport event assignments.
  • Serve as the gameday ticket manager for select events including, but not limited to, Paciolan system setup, box office oversight, management of student employees, as well as setup and maintenance of ticket scanners.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments including marketing, development, event operations, compliance, and sponsorships regarding ticket-related events and operations.
  • Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
