Information Technology is seeking a motivated Graduate Assistant to manage and oversee Help Desk student assistants. The GA will train and dispatch student assistants, manage the support ticketing system, diagnose and troubleshoot issues. The GA will be involved in the design and implementation of an improved communication strategy, and will conduct research and analysis to recommend technologies.
