About The Position

The Wellesley Middle School English Department is seeking a long-term substitute for grade 7 English Language Arts. In this 1.0 teaching position, you'd work closely within a team model to teach four sections of mainstream grade 7 ELA, a daily 15-minute advisory block, and one block of a supported intervention with your team students. Core 7th-grade texts include The Outsiders and non-fiction book group selections.
