About The Position
The Halifax Elementary School (HES) is seeking qualified candidates for a Long Term Substitute grade 3 teacher (1.0 FTE) for an assignment expected to begin in mid- February -2026and continue through mid May 2026. This 3rd grade teaching position at HES, a kindergarten - grade 6 school. A successful candidate should: be licensed to teach grade 3. collaborate effectively with other staff members. be willing to take part in professional development and attend faculty meetings. communicate with families. seamlessly transition to the role in the absence of the primary educator. Salary is a daily rate of $312.00 beginning on day 1.
