The Budget and Grants Compliance Manager is responsible for financial oversight, grants compliance, and budget management for the Florida Rural Health Transformation Program. The position ensures all program expenditures, budget processes, and fiscal activities comply with CMS requirements, federal grant guidance, state financial rules, and Agency policies. This includes overseeing federal grant compliance, preparing CMS financial reports, monitoring sub awardee spending, and ensuring program funds are used appropriately. The Manager will work closely with the Health Quality Assurance (HQA) Budget Manager and the Agency’s Budget Office while serving as the program’s central authority on budget operations, fiscal reporting, and grants compliance. This position reports directly to the Program Director and is housed at headquarters.
