About The Position

Responsible for reviewing and processing credential applications for child care providers throughout the state of Florida. Duties include analyzing and verifying the authenticity and completeness of submitted documentation, entering approved information into the system, issuing credentials, and communicating application status to applicants. The role also involves resolving applicant inquiries and complaints via phone and email and assisting with testing system updates to ensure proper functionality.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge related to child care
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze information
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based systems.
