About The Position

MyndBridge is seeking an experienced Google Ad Grants Performance Specialist to optimize our nonprofit Google Ads Grant account and drive high-quality traffic to our programs, events, and certification pathways. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ad Grants rules, compliance, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization to ensure we fully leverage the $10,000/month grant. It will play a crucial role in building a strong, high-quality pipeline for our Q1 programs and Workforce Development Center launch. Location: Remote Type: Contract (10–12 hours/week)

Requirements

  • Must have direct experience managing Google Ad Grants accounts
  • (Not just general Google Ads)
  • Deep understanding of Google Ad Grants compliance rules and algorithm behavior
  • Proven ability to increase CTR, Quality Scores, and drive conversions
  • Hands-on experience with with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking across multiple platforms
  • Ability to deliver fast, accurate results
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for tracking forms, UTMs, and lead attribution

Responsibilities

  • Audit, restructure, and fully optimize the existing Google Ad Grants account
  • Ensure full compliance with Google Ad Grants policies (CTR, QS, keyword rules)
  • Build high-performing Search campaigns aligned to MyndBridge program priorities
  • Monitor performance and implement weekly optimizations
  • Improve account Quality Score and overall relevance
  • Manage negative keyword lists, match types, and bidding strategies
  • Optimize copy, landing pages, and conversion paths for better performance
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to run campaigns for

  • Set up accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Analytics
  • Build dashboards to monitor impressions, CTR, conversions, quality score, and Ad Grants compliance metrics
  • Provide weekly performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable optimization recommendations
  • Maintain conversion tracking within HubSpot (forms, event sign ups, inquiries)
  • Standardize UTMs and ensure consistent tracking across campaigns
  • Build HubSpot reports to measure leads, conversions, and Ad Grants impact
  • Monitor lead quality and recommend improvements using HubSpot data
