About The Position

The Travel Sales Manager is responsible for driving B2B travel sales initiatives while supporting select B2C group sales opportunities. This role focuses on achieving annual sales targets through strategic account management, partner onboarding and training, maintaining wholesale partnerships, and leveraging travel technology solutions. The role also includes selling large group packages directly to consumers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience years of B2B sales experience within a travel-driven organization.
  • Proven success in account sales pipeline management and partner relationship development.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to communicate technical product features effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills: proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Must reside in Orlando, FL
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Orlando, FL office a minimum of three days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree is preferred in a related field
  • Knowledge of golf, tee time distribution, and travel marketing products preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly desired.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual B2B sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and key accounts.
  • Lead training and onboarding programs for new partners and clients, ensuring smooth adoption of travel technology and services.
  • Oversee and maintain travel technology platforms, providing support and guidance to partners.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for B2C group package sales.
  • Create and maintain accurate records, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the National Sales Director.
