About The Position
We are seeking a part-time friendly and professional Golf Shop Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to our members, residents, and guests. This role supports daily golf shop operations by answering phones, scheduling tee times, checking in players, processing fees, assisting with merchandise sales, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, comfortable handling cash and point-of-sale systems, and knowledgeable about golf etiquette and club policies. Previous experience in a private golf club setting is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
