About The Position
Under general supervision, coordinates, promotes, oversees, evaluates, and performs a variety of tasks associated with several programs, events, and/or activities.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a standard senior high school or equivalent.
- Concentrated mental application required.
- Must have at least six (6) months Golf Shop experience and be enrolled in the PGA Associates Program or be a PGA Member.
- Light physical effort.
- Few, if any health hazards.
- Must possess or be able to obtain Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid certificate.
Responsibilities
- Performs office/clerical tasks such as typing, filing, assisting with special projects, and other duties as required.
- Operates various types of office equipment, i.e., computer, and golf carts.
- Assists patrons at the front desk through telephone calls, public interaction, and transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Continuous contact with the public, requiring tact and patience.
