The Pro Shop Associate will be a team-player, provide superior customer service to all guests and members. This is a summer seasonal position that pays $20.00/hour.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a High School Degree or equivalent, required
  • Customer service focused
  • Knowledge of golf etiquette and play

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working on a golf course, preferred
  • Previous retail experience, preferred
  • Active golf player, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the Pro Shop
  • Operate cash register and appropriate software to reconcile daily tee sheets, performs check-in, and receive payments
  • Enforces existing policies and regulations with support from the Golf Management team
  • Responsible for proactively interacting with guests and members to ensure an excellent experience
  • Answer the phone, make tee times, and ensure a full deposit is collected for all daily play fees
  • Provide information regarding various resort programs & activities
  • Ensures all stock is out of storage and on the sales floor
  • Assists with inventory count at the end of each month
  • Additional duties as assigned
