The Pro Shop Associate will be a team-player, provide superior customer service to all guests and members. This is a summer seasonal position that pays $20.00/hour.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a High School Degree or equivalent, required
- Customer service focused
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and play
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working on a golf course, preferred
- Previous retail experience, preferred
- Active golf player, preferred
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Pro Shop
- Operate cash register and appropriate software to reconcile daily tee sheets, performs check-in, and receive payments
- Enforces existing policies and regulations with support from the Golf Management team
- Responsible for proactively interacting with guests and members to ensure an excellent experience
- Answer the phone, make tee times, and ensure a full deposit is collected for all daily play fees
- Provide information regarding various resort programs & activities
- Ensures all stock is out of storage and on the sales floor
- Assists with inventory count at the end of each month
- Additional duties as assigned
