About The Position

The Golf Course Attendant is a versatile, customer-focused position responsible for supporting pro shop operations, food and beverage service, and golf event activities. This role provides front-line service to guests by managing tee times, processing transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining clean and organized facilities. While primarily an indoor position, the attendant may assist with outdoor duties during tournaments and special events. Positions allocated to this classification report to a designated supervisor and work under general supervision. Work in this class is distinguished from higher-level classifications by its lack of administrative responsibility and from lower classes by responsibility for cash handling and inventory controls, as well as the ability to perform routine tasks with less supervision.
