About The Position

Victory Ranch is currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our team. Golf Operations team member will assist the team in the areas of golf car fleet management, practice facility operation, bag room management, and be an excellent customer service lead. This position empowers individuals to take the lead and own tasks from start to finish. Having knowledge and passion for the game of golf is a bonus, but not necessary to the essential job functions. Our goal at Victory Ranch is to provide an exceptional experience for our members and their guests in an Outdoor Lifestyle setting. Compensation & Benefits Commensurate based on experience, plus service charge. 18-20 per hour + Gratuities Golfing privileges. Merchandise discounts. Daily meals while on the clock. Educational opportunities. (20-40 hours per week) Essential job functions include meeting/greeting members and guests, creating first and lasting impressions, ensuring golf cars and clubs are clean and in working condition, and owning the daily operation of the practice facility. Candidates must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and lift up to 50lbs. Other job functions include working with a diverse team, communicating with multiple departments to ensure a great customer experience, willingness to learn from VR teammates and veteran staff members, basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher). This role would begin May 1, 2026.
