About The Position

We are a locally owned business in the community and we have the privilege of helping seniors, empty nesters and families through downsizing, relocation, estate cleanouts and online auctions. We step in when things feel overwhelming and help bring calm and order to the process. The work we do is meaningful and heart-centered. At the end of the day, you will know you helped someone during a season when kindness truly matters. Every day is different and every day makes a difference. What you will Do Work alongside a small team helping clients downsize, relocate, and organize their belongings. Sort, organize, pack and unpack items in homes and senior living communities. Research, photograph, and describe items for online auctions and estate sales. Assist customers during pick-up days and in-person sales. Help sort items for donation, recycling, or proper disposal. Follow our standards for safety, professionalism, and compassionate care. This is Not a mover position.

Requirements

  • A compassionate heart and respectful attitude toward seniors and families.
  • Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
  • Flexibility and comfort in changing environments.
  • Willingness to work in homes that my occasionally be cluttered or dusty (Protective gear provided).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Access to a smartphone for scheduling and coordination.
  • Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must pass a background check before employment.
