Go-to-Market Lead, NPI, Programs and Execution, Google Cloud
About The Position
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Launch Readiness Manager for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for leading a team that manages the downstream NPI launch process ensuring alignment to GTM needs. Your primary goal is to ensure high-quality product launches that align seamlessly with GTM strategy, minimizing risks for our field teams adoption. You will serve as a key coordinator, collaborating closely with essential partners involved in the NPI life-cycle, including Product Managers, Business Process Review (BPR) teams, and Global Customer Base Protection (GCBP) teams. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to practice directors, providing critical insights and guidance regarding product launches and all associated information. Also, a core part of your responsibility will be to lead and drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the NPI transformation project, constantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our launch procedures. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management at an enterprise organization.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launches in a Go-to-Market function.
Nice To Haves
- 8 years of experience in NPI and enterprise Go-to-Market motions.
- Experience leading transformational projects at enterprise organizations.
- Understanding of Google Cloud products or other cloud providers.
- Ability to influence and manage expectations with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of GTM launch readiness leads that drive the downstream NPI launch process.
- Ensure high-quality launches that align with GTM practice strategy and have minimal risks upon launch for our field teams.
- Coordinate with key collaborative partners involved in the NPI process including product managers, BPR, GCBP teams, etc. involved in the NPI process.
- Lead continuous process improvement within the NPI transformation project.
- Advise practice directors on product launches and associated information.
