About The Position

The primary mission of this role is to support gross profit growth and customer retention through daily interactions with both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to balance selling, problem-solving, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to accurately record parts sales using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Experience working cross-functionally to convert parts customers into service customers
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage workload while meeting established performance goals

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mopar parts and accessories preferred
  • Familiarity with eCommerce initiatives, warranties, sales programs, and promotions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend parts needed for vehicle repairs
  • Quote repairs using established pricing structures
  • Source and supply parts to support customer and service department needs
  • Use effective selling skills to maximize parts sales
  • Track and document lost sales opportunities
  • Submit and manage special-order parts
  • Maintain working knowledge of vehicle components and systems
  • Process warranty and customer returns accurately
  • Receive and stock incoming parts shipments
  • Collaborate with Service, Sales, and other dealership departments
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily and departmental goals
