Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and One (1) year of related experience.
  • Telecommuting permitted. Up to 25% domestic travel required.
  • Work Experience. One (1) year of experience must include: SAP Payroll configuration; Configuration / consulting skills for at least two applicable SAP functional areas; Blueprinting; Project estimating; Requirements determination; Gap analysis; Business process reengineering; Leading Multi Country HR/Payroll implementations; Understanding business requirements and mapping to ensure consistency to templates; Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management SAP modules configuration and design; Using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation/ training/ demonstrations; Assisting a team of consultants to effectively implement a solution; Wage type mapping; and Running transports of objects.

  • Responsible to align with the Client Product Owner or Client SME on specific requirements documented through Blueprinting and User Stories to meet their business needs. Design, build, and validate client requirements, execute testing leveraging client data and liaise with the Client Product Owner (Client SME) on testing results. Implement software solutions using ADP’s Implementation methodology and ADP GlobalView product. Design and document the client’s solution, including business requirements, and liase with client throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase. Work with Client Product Owner (Client SME) to resolve any issues and escalations throughout the implementation process. Support clients through the user acceptance testing, parallel testing, and go-live phases. Work on multiple client projects within the same timelines or targeted go-live date.
