About The Position

Anchor different phases of the engagement including business process consulting, problem definition, discovery, solution generation, design, development, deployment and validation; guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to effort estimation and proposal development, client training and internal capability building with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 12 years of experience in the job description below.
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).
• The job entails sitting as well as working at aputer for extended periods of time.
• Should be able tomunicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in life insurance/annuity projects
• Strong knowledge on Life Insurance terminology and Data Structures (such as the ACORD model)
• Experience in analyzing functionalities and designing applications for various insurance products (Term, Whole/Universal/Variable Universal Life, Fixed/variable Annuity, Payout/Structured Settlements and/or Disability)
• Delivering with near-shore and off-shore teams
• LOMA/CLU Certifications
• Experience with annuity product rollout
• Knowledge on Reinsurance, Agent Compensation, Insurance Compliance/Tax, New Business and Claims

Responsibilities

• Comprehend high level requirements from product specifications
• Elicit and document functional, servicing, accounting, correspondence and non-functional requirements
• Conduct reviews and obtain signs from stakeholders
• Do gap analysis between existing system capabilities and Life/Annuity product requirements
• Identify and document test scenarios
• Do peer reviews
• Triage and trouble shoot issues during testing
