About The Position

Global Warranty Advisor, Powersports We’re looking for a Global Warranty Advisor, Powersports to join BRP’s Warranty team. Reporting to the Warranty Team Lead, you’ll ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of warranty operations across BRP and our dealer network. You’ll act as both an auditor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting internal teams and external partners while promoting a culture of quality and accountability. Requirements

  • 4+ plus years of relevant technical experience in Powersports, Automotive or similar.
  • Basic computer experience with the ability to type, email, and manage spreadsheets.
  • Advanced analytical and investigative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to clearly explain decisions and influence across varied audiences.
  • Calm and diplomatic in high-pressure situations with a focus on facts, fairness, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Required to work onsite in the Sturtevant, WI office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks and travel up to 10% of the year.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in Powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • Familiarity with BRP products.
  • Warranty experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, approve, or deny warranty and goodwill claims based on BRP policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and identify non-compliance or misuse.
  • Use audit tools and data to detect trends, inconsistencies, and training needs.
  • Build audit cases, communicate findings, and collaborate with dealers to correct issues.
  • Serve as the primary resource for escalated warranty questions.
  • Provide clear, consistent policy guidance across phone, email, chat, and case systems.
  • Recommend policy improvements based on recurring challenges.
  • Lead training on warranty accuracy, policy updates, and audit insights.
  • Host learning sessions and create/update documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Prepare audit reports and identify opportunities to improve compliance and processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on system and procedure enhancements.
  • Stay current on BRP products, bulletins, diagnostics, and required trainings.
