The Candidate Experience Team designs and drives harmonized recruitment concepts, tools, and processes. We work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Legal, Learning, Branding, and the business to continuously elevate the candidate journey. The Role & Your Impact: As Global Talent Acquisition Process Lead, you will develop and evolve Novonesis’ end‑to-end recruitment processes on a global scale. This is a strategic and hands-on role, combining process innovation, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and digital enablement. Your impact will be felt across regions as you: Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of global recruitment processes Lead process innovation and automation to enhance both candidate and stakeholder experience Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards Monitor process KPIs, provide insights and forecast, and support data‑driven decision making Enable digital transformation by optimizing ATS and recruitment technologies Develop and deliver training, guidelines, and documentation for Talent Acquisition partners, recruiters, and hiring managers Manage and collaborate with global TA vendors This role has a global scope and works closely with regional and global stakeholders. What You’ll Need to Be Successful: To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of analytical capability, process expertise, and stakeholder influence:

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree required or Master’s degree is a plus or equivalent experience with strong analytical skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment process, HR transformation, or process improvement roles
  • Proven expertise in: End‑to-end recruitment process design and optimization Process mapping and SOP documentation Project and change management Stakeholder management in complex, global environments Recruitment metrics, insights, and ATS systems

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of global recruitment processes
